About the UCAT
UCAT (UK Clinical Aptitude Test) formerly known as UKCAT is an admissions test conducted by UCAT Consortium every year. UCAT is used by medical and dental schools in the UK to test a student's readiness and mental ability to study medicine and dentistry programs leading to clinical careers in healthcare. Currently, 27 out of the 34 medical schools in the UK use the UCAT/ UKCAT score as part of their admissions process.
UCAT is a 120-minute computer-based aptitude test with five timed sections with multiple-choice questions. The UCAT Exam score ranges between 1200 and 3600. Each section is scored on a scale of 300 to 900 and Situational Judgement is scored from Band 1 to Band 4 with Band 1 as the highest-rated and Band 4 as the lowest. A high score enhances the chances of getting admissions in top medical schools such as Manchester, Dundee, Liverpool, and St. Andrews School of Medicine. We at GuideMe provide one of the best UCAT/ UKCAT classes in Dubai designed to achieve high scores.
